July’s specialty: This is the ultimate Tahoe summer loaf! Reach for a slice on your next hike, ride, or beach day. Forget about boring trail mix or granola bars—this loaf is studded with raisins, dried cranberries, cashews, almonds, pecans, pistachios, dark chocolate chunks with a peanut butter swirl. Perfect for a quick breakfast or snack.
Previous specialty loaves have included triple sesame, oat-crusted honey whole wheat, pain au gruyere, maple wheat, seeded spelt.
