Naturally leavened, long fermented, cracker-like crust and creamy interior. This is the go-to, do-it-all, everyday bread. (Vegan)

It’s back! The dark horse favorite of many customers (and the original specialty loaf). I take the Rustic Country dough, increase fresh-milled Rouge de Bordeaux to 20%, mix in black and toasted white sesame seeds, then coat in white sesame seeds for an irresistible loaf that is unlikely to last the night. (Vegan)
